2006 AASBi Board Member Meeting and Symposium

Association of Asian Societies for Bioinformatics (AASBi) is a collaboratory association formed by Association for Medical and Bio Informatics, Singapore, Association of Australian Bioinformatics, Bioinformatics Society Taiwan, Japanese Society for Bioinformatics (JSBi), and Korean Society for Bioinformatics (KSBi). The purpose of AASBi is to promote bioinformatics in Asia-Oceanian area. Each year, AASBi will have one or more board meeting on issues related to collaboration and promotion of bioinformatics reseaches and applications in the member societies.

The 2006 AASBi Board Meeting will be held on Feb. 12 (Sun), 2006 in R206, Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering (CSIE), National Taiwan University (NTU), Taiwan. (map) The 2006 AASBi Symposium is in the afternoon of Feb. 12 in R103, CSIE, NTU. The board meeting is limited to the delegates from member societies. However, the Symposium is open to the public.

The AASBi symposium is followed by the reception of APBC 2006 in the evening.
