(0) typed some guidelines about submitting your homework
(1) fixed the bug of linking to the forum on the webpage
(2) put some descriptions of the PLR algorithm online to help you conquer this homework

Please go to the course website and check the information. Also, please use the course forum to discuss with other students, TAs, and myself. Have fun!
