  High Level Applications Level5  
  This would be the highest level of our Proto-Implementation, which is expected to give users the capabilities of biological-behavioral designation with a pure human semantics and GUI operating environment.    
  DNA Assembly Level 4  
  In this level, we incorporate the Protein Data Base, to form the capability to realize the encoding of designated biological behaviors conducted by Proteins. That is, in this level, the OPERAND would be proteins, and the OPERATION will be viable logical operations in human semantics.    
  RNA Encoding Level 3  
  In this level, the designated protein is encoded into RNA sequence, ie, a data structure composed of a String with A, G, C, U four alphabets, with parameterize Initialization and Termination mechanism. And special parameterize variations are given to each specific creature of the 3 Domains: Archaea, Eubacteria and Eukaryota.    
  DNA Sequence Code Encoding and Functional Environment Designation Level 2  
 

In this level, the protein RNA-encoding is reverse Transcribed and placed in the protein behavior and regulation mechanism are encoded into DNA with parameterize Operon.

And an operational environment designation log is attached to each encoded function within the DNA sequence, which specifies the special biochemical requirements for the function to perform properly.

   
  Molecular Biological Methods Level 1  
  With the given DNA sequence and specified Biochemical Designation, Implementation of DNA deployment is conducted by personnel with biochemical methods.    
  Actual Biological Function Level 0  
  It's the actual biological function realization of encoded information.
