M.S. Program
Master Program Admission
Domestic applicants must hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent from a local university or foreign institute recognized by the Ministry of Education. Qualified applicants may apply to the program without taking the entrance exam. For application requirements and procedure, please refer to the application and admission brochure available around mid October each year.
In addition to application, prospective students may also take the master program entrance exam in mid April. For details of the exam, please refer to the examination brochure available around early February each year. The master program entrance exam is solely a written exam.

1. Prepare all required documents.
2. Fill in the online application form on the OIA website.
3. Print out the Declaration form, Authorization form and Application fee invoice.
4. Upload all the required documents and complete the application procedure.
