class scribe
Assigned: by signup
Due: four weeks after the lecture
Rules
- Sign up a topic to scribe here.
- Team up to complete a SINGLE scribe for a topic.
- For those who do not have scribe slots, I have added a list of papers so that you an instead write reports for.
- The scribe is due four weeks after the lecture is completed. For paper report, the due date is 4 weeks after the lecture on the paper's topic is completed. Send me (cyy-a-t-csie.ntu.edu.tw) your scribe in pdf and all sources for compiling your scribe.
- Please write your scribe mainly in Chinese. Feel free to use English for key terms though.
- For students whose mother tongues are not Chinese, please sign up for paper reports and they can write reports in English.
- Please write your scribe using Latex (preferable) or Word. For Chinese processing with Latex, I recommend cwTex.
- Templates for scribe (template file and class file for cwTex. template file for Word.)
- Templates for paper report (template file and class file for cwTex. template file for Word.)
- It is not necessary that your scribe cover the whole lecture. Instead, you can choose the most important part and write it in depth. A good idea is to incorporte materials from references, even if they are covered in the lecture. The basic idea is to have a readable tutorial to the topic which covers the most important concept.
- You can refer to this page for examples of scribes from other schools and these tutorials from my other course.
