The concept is simple; using an e-mail based form (in similar style to the Anime Genesis wallpaper submission form), QWRing members (and only members) can submit their Washu works into the Vault. These works will be categorized accordingly, such as wallpapers, fanfics, fan arts, and so forth, available for public viewing. Credits and disclaimers and so forth will be posted, of course.

This is a good option if you have a lot of material you want to donate, but your server doesn't have a lot of space.

Quality control: This will be kept as loose as possible, with the exception of fan fiction. For fanfic, the following rules apply:

1. Main, or second character must be Washu (of course).
2. English only; grammar, punctuation, and spelling must be clean. (A few typos are allowed, but QWRing will not spend the time to proofread.)
