In the previous episode, Sasami has fallen into a trap set up by a blond hair magical girl with a parrot-like bird perched on her shoulder. At this point, the girl makes a pompous introduction of herself and reveals her name to Sasami and the audience: Pixy Misa! Afterwards, Misa uses her magical wand to transform Sasami's CD into a horrible monster: the CD Woman! CD Woman appears to be a young girl who's gotten too heavily involved with rock-and-roll; she comes with a radical hair-do, a totally outrageous outfit, and an ultra-slick guitar to boot. Misa orders CD Woman to attack Sasami, and boy, do things start to go wrong for our pretty heroine...
Ryo-oh-ki suggests to Sasami that she should transform into Pretty Samy, which Sasami complies. A heck of good that did... Samy was still running left and right and up and down trying to dodge those "cutting-edge" CDs. Uh oh, looks like CD Woman got Sasami just where she wants her. Thankfully, Misa intervenes and tells CD Woman to hold off her fatality move. Misa tells Samy how disappointed she is in her and how, being the generous person that she is, she will allow Samy to train for three hours before returning to fight her again.
Sasami goes to school to begin her training. At various stages of workout, she meets her classmates who, for some uncomprehensible reasons, don't recognize her true identity. Among others, the workout includes track-running and standing on ledge of a very tall building. As her classmates point out, "What does any of this have anything to do with being a magical girl?" Anyway, Samy finishes her workout and returns to the opening, but when she arrives at the opening she only finds CD Woman. Apparently, Misa thinks CD Woman can make short works of Samy on her own (Samy is a little angry at this) and so the battle begins...
At first, all goes well for... CD Woman; Samy is still running all over the place as CD Woman uses her guitar to shoot off searing fireballs. "Hey, that wasn't one of your earlier moves!" Samy screams, but the CD Woman can careless about what Samy thinks. The two boys from her class she met earlier followed her to the opening to watch the escapade... they too were rather unimpressed by Samy's performance. When CD Woman sees her new audience, she fires off her fireballs in their direction. Bad move, lady, have you never taken a peek at one of those old-fashion manga? Samy's powers awaken -- she blocks off CD Woman's attack and save her dumbfounded classmates, and calls up Pretty Kouka, a space where love and peace reigns. Gathering her magic powers, Samy summons a big heart that purifies the CD Woman back into a regular CD. Too bad the CD is all scratched up...
From far away, Pixy Misa awakens from her sleep and sees the big explosion. So much for the CD Woman.
